Our annual golf tournament is coming up very soon -- June 8 at Lakewood Country Club near Salemburg -- and we need your help. We raised a record $16,000 last year, meaning big donations for the Masonic Home for Children at Oxford and four local organizations. Help us try to reach that mark again this year!
If you've sponsored a hole before, please consider doing so again this year. Hole sponsorships are $100. Make checks out to Stedman Lodge 730 and mail them to the lodge at P.O. Box 37, Stedman, NC 28391.
Also, we'll need players, so put the word out to friends, family and business associates.

The 2024 dues cards will be arriving soon from the Grand Lodge. Dues are actually due Dec. 31 of each year, and considered late in the Grand Lodge's eyes as of Jan. 1.
Please go ahead and send your $100 check as soon as you can, and I'll return your 2024 dues card to you upon receipt. The online payment method using the Grand Lodge's new software (Grand View) hasn't been set up yet, but I'll email you when it has.

Stedman Lodge 730 will next meet in a Stated communication on Monday, Nov. 6. Supper, as usual, will be at 6:45, followed by the 7:30 p.m. Hope to see you then.
In the meantime, many appendant bodies are active, too. There are multiple Scottish Rite fall reunions in the near future, if that's your interest. New Bern will exemplify degrees 4-32 on Friday-Saturday, Oct. 20-21, Raleigh has the same reunion set for Oct. 27-28, and Wilmington's reunion is Nov. 3-4. Also, if you are already a Scottish Rite Mason who has attained the 32nd Degree, you are invited to Honors Weekend's 32nd KCCH (red hat) ceremony on Saturday morning, Nov. 18. The afternoon's work is restricted to only 33rd Degree members, and Stedman's own Secretary, WBro. Thomas Pope Jr., will receive his white hat at that time.
