| Brethren!!!! Two weeks have already passed and it's time for our stated meeting. There have been building association meetings and conversations O plenty concerning the building and we expect a lively discussion. We also need to discuss the final trimmings for the George Washington dinner. And once again it's time to get ready to do Valentine's Day. This is very important that we have a good turnout for the Valentines as the widows are counting on us!!! Plus the joy on the ladies faces when they get their flowers and their cards is priceless. I know for sure that I will be participating in the distribution of Valentines this year, how about you? |

| Brethren, January 7th is upon us and with it our first meeting of the year. As promised it should be a very interesting meeting. We will be welcoming WB Jay Darrow from Mt. View 161 in Edgemont where he is currently Secretary. Jay will be announcing his bid for Junior Grand Warden. We also have a few announcements from Grand Lodge and the orderly business of Lodge 25 to attend to.----------The reason for the build up however is that the Rapid City Masonic Building Association has requested that we start the discussion as to the fate of our beloved building. Let me assure you all that this is one of many meetings where we will be discussing the building and her fate. As we all know the building is in need of many, many repairs and we need your ideas and thoughts. It has been suggested that the building be sold to a loving custodian. It has been suggested that we raise the money to repair her ourselves. At this time what is paramount is that your voice be heard in Lodge. We will have fellowship after Lodge, complete with beverages and snacks, so that our ideas can be shared as we reluctantly approach a topic that we can no longer avoid. ---------- I urge you to attend, your ideas and input is needed as we carefully lay plans for the future. Thank you, Matthew Ressl Secretary Lodge 25 605-393-7740 |

We will be opening a discussion that many Brothers from both Lodges will be talking about and possibly debating for some time and I would like you all to be a part of it! It is your Lodge after all. There will be delicious snacks and beverages after Lodge to be enjoyed, provided by the Senior Warden, who is an excellent cook!!! Oh! the Brisket was amazing! And the pulled pork... and something amazing before that. Sorry, I got distracted. Where was I...... We will have a special speaker as well. More to follow and I will post the Agenda for the meeting on Monday morning. I hope I have at least piqued your curiosity and will see you soon. Thank you Bro. Matt Ressl Secretary |
