June 17, 2026 Subject: Masonic Last Rites Request Form Greetings to All Brothers of Jefferson Penn Masonic Lodge No. 384, During the process of organizing and reviewing older lodge records, I discovered several copies of the North Carolina Masonic Last Rites Request Form. These forms were not maintained in any special file that would have readily identified whether a Brother had completed one. At our last Stated Communication, several Brothers expressed an interest in obtaining a copy of this form. Since there appeared to be considerable interest, I have decided to provide a copy to every Brother of Jefferson Penn Lodge. If you wish to make your funeral and memorial preferences known, please take time to carefully read and complete the enclosed form. After completing it, I encourage you to provide copies to your family members, minister, funeral director, and any other individuals identified on the form. This will help ensure that your wishes are known and can be carried out when the time comes. Upon completion, you may mail the form directly to me or email a scanned copy to my personal email address for safekeeping. Please note that effective August 1, 2026, Jefferson Penn Masonic Lodge No. 384 will no longer maintain a Post Office Box or lodge email address. Therefore, effective immediately, all completed forms should be sent to me at the following address: Rocky Turner Email: Rockturner31@gmail.com If you have any questions concerning this form or need assistance completing it, please do not hesitate to contact me. Fraternally, Rocky Turner |

| Our last big chance to sell raffle tickets for our charities is this Saturday in Madison from 9:00 to 6:00 PM. We need more Brothers to help with set-up from 8:00 to 9:00 AM and take-down from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. This is your opportunity to help all three charities this year: Masonic Home for Children at Oxford, MESH Foundation, and "Toys for Tots." Tickets will be available until the drawing on December 10th. We will initiate FOUR candidates on Wednesday, October 23 at 7:00 PM. Due to our members' LOW ATTENDANCE, we have asked other lodges to help us as we need conductors for the candidates. We have not had this many new initiates in years and your presence would be helpful and/or supportive. Remember that the first meeting in November is our annual lodge day when we vote for the officers for 2025. Unfortunately, we had to suspend 3 members for NPD's at our last meeting so remember you will need a dues card to vote and your dues may be paid for 2025 at any time. Attend and see what is happening at JEFFERSON PENN LODGE, |

The Lodge hosted a walking tour for the Reidsville City's Historical Preservation Commission. It was a great opportunity to share the rich history of our lodge and Masonic traditions. It’s fantastic that WBRS Earl Moore and Paul Tutherow, along with other brothers, were there to answer questions and engage with the visitors. |
