The Golden Ark Masonic Temple Association has reviewed the Association’s Bylaws, and have drafted proposed updates for both modernization, as well as clarity.  The current Bylaws require that Notice be sent to all members of the Association before a final vote is held. 

As you are a member in good standing in Golden Ark Lodge, you are automatically a member of the Golden Ark Masonic Temple Association, and therefore, are entitled to vote to adopt the new Bylaws.

The Temple Board of Directors is planning to hold the vote for the adoption of the new Bylaws at the next regular meeting of the Board, which is scheduled for April 6, 2026, following the regular communication of Golden Ark Lodge.  The Board meeting will likely start between 8:00PM and 8:30PM that night.  If 2/3 of the membership present at the meeting vote to adopt the new Bylaws, they will become effective that night.
