Please come help Our Veterans For all events we need people to hand out Soda & Chips as needs For Bingo I Like at least 2 people for each table to double check Bingo winers and help Vets as needs. For Casino we need black jake dealers (most popular) and other games as well as people to help out some Vets play game. Starting In April we will have Once a Month Nights at the Community Living Center Lyons VA Hospital. It will be the last Thursday of the Month Please be at CLC about 6PM We will help setup and get patients. Games will start about 6:30PM We will be done around 8PM

Brethren, Happy Easter and Happy holidays to you and your families! Please pass this important information on to your Lodge Membership! As we discussed at Masters & Wardens, our GLI is scheduled for May 5th this year (Monday). The DRI and I have scheduled several extra rehearsals to make sure we are prepared. All rehearsals will be held at Cincinnati Lodge No 3 (Morristown, NJ) April 24 (Thursday) -- 7:30pm April 27 (Sunday) -- 4:00pm May 1 (Thursday) -- 7:30pm May 4 (Sunday) -- 5:00pm (Note the time change. As a reminder, we are responsible for the following work Opening - Cincinnati #3, Colonial #24, or Congdon #163 EA (1st Section) - Acacia #20 MM (2nd Section) - St. John's #1 (with assistance of the District) Closing - Cincinnati #3, Colonial #24 or Congdon #263. Dinner -- 5:00pm GLI Start -- 6:30pm Please make sure no one is later than 6:00pm. Dress -- Tuxedo or Black Suit. If you are going for a Bar - the DRI and/or myself will need to listen to you prior to the event, and you will need to bring your Ritual Book and a pencil to have the Ritual committee follow along and mark your areas of need.
